Hello!
I'm Adva. I'm an early childhood educator, speaker, and teacher coach.Ā
I spent nine years in and out of the classroom, teaching early childhood. At around year 6, I was in a complete burnout cycle without any real solution. It was that year that I started to approach my classroom and the workload that came with teaching differently. I started to build the foundations inside my classroom so that I could live the life I always desired outside of the classroom; a life that wasn't all about teaching. I now help teachers learn to do exactly that.Ā
