With over a decade of experience working with children from infancy through school age, Jamie specializes in creating environments where connection fuels confidence—for both educators and children. As the founder of Miss Jamie Consulting, Jamie empowers early learning professionals and school-age educators to build responsive, respectful, and inclusive classrooms. Her approach blends practical tools with emotional intelligence, helping educators move beyond rigid routines and into intentional, joy-filled practices. Allison Perryman
Language, Identity, and Home: A New Approach to Learning
Allison Perryman is a dedicated Spanish language educator with over a decade of classroom experience and a deep passion for celebrating diversity within world language communities. She holds degrees from the University of Pennsylvania, Queens College, and a Master’s in Spanish Linguistics from Middlebury College. She studied abroad in Sevilla, Spain, at the Universidad de Sevilla. As the founder of The Cultural Classroom, Allison supports teachers in weaving authentic culture into their curriculum to promote meaningful intercultural connections. A strong advocate for diversity in the curriculum and Afrolatinidad, she regularly presents at conferences and workshops—including ACTFL, FLAVA, GWATFL, and The World Language Teacher Summit—equipping educators with practical tools to build culturally fluent and inclusive classrooms.

Kristi is a former classroom teacher turned teacher mentor and boundaries coach. After spending 16 years in education and personally navigating the depths of burnout, she now empowers educators to reclaim their time, protect their energy, and build sustainable, joy-filled teaching careers. Through her coaching, she helps teachers break free from the toxic "teacher martyr" mindset and implement boundaries that are top-tier self-care. Kristi believes that when teachers are happy and healthy, students thrive—and boundaries are the first step to getting there.

Adina Rudin

Adina Rudin, M.S.Ed., is a literacy specialist, instructional coach, and former Director of Student Services with over a decade of experience supporting K–8 students and educators. A graduate of Bank Street College of Education, Adina is trained in Orton-Gillingham and PAF, with additional experience in Wilson Reading programs and The Writer’s Revolution. She recently completed a two-year administrator support program focused on school leadership and systemic change. As the founder of a literacy-focused LLC, Adina partners with schools and organizations to provide research-based reading intervention, teacher coaching, and professional development. Her work centers on preparing educators with the tools, mindset, and strategies they need to create inclusive, responsive classrooms.
