My name is Adva. I'm an early childhood educator, teacher coach and speaker. Over the last 10 years, I've shifted so much of what balance looks like not only in the classroom but in my life. I created an identity outside of teaching.
You see, I know how it feels to struggle with a never ending to-do list, boundaries that never seem to stick, and a high pressured teaching position. That's why I'm all about being able to create the life you desire all while being an incredible teacher and loving it.
I'm here to show you the how. I'm here to help you achieve the harmony in life and at work that you are looking for and to help you create/bring back that identity outside of teaching.
